• Our Objective

Using the power of creative writing, our workshops aim to support both young people and adults in overcoming the impactful effects of various types of trauma such as domestic violence, abuse, war and armed conflict.

Through one off sessions or long term music programmes we assist participants in developing their creative, mental, emotional health in a safe, inclusive and welcoming space whilst promoting community cohesion.
